  • Accurate Address
  • Customers must provide a correct, complete shipping address with the correct pin code during account creation to avoid delays.
  • No refunds will be issued for delays caused by incorrect addresses.

  • Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed.


  • Order Tracking
  • Tracking details will be available in the "My Orders" section of the app once the order is dispatched.
  • Customers can also track via our website or mobile app.

  • Shipping Charges
  • Displayed at checkout.
  • Oversized items may incur nominal packaging charges for safe delivery.

  • All prices shown are inclusive of GST.


  • Unforeseen Delays
  • The company is not liable for delays due to natural disasters, unforeseen events, or incorrect shipping details.


  • Package Condition
  • Do not accept shipments with damaged or tampered packaging.
  • Claims for such deliveries will not be entertained once accepted.


  • Delivery OTP
  • Do not share the delivery OTP before physically receiving the package.


  • Missing Items
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for claiming missing items.
  • Claims without an unboxing video will be rejected.

 

Estimated Delivery Timeline

  • Service Area: Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Pondicherry, Goa
  • Delivery Time: 1-7 days from the order date (location-based)



Grocery Delivery Availability

 

We aim to make grocery shopping simple, fast, and accessible. To ensure smooth delivery operations, our services are currently available only in select locations.

 

Customers are required to enter their pincode on our website or app to check whether delivery is available in their area. Based on the entered pincode, we will display:

·      Delivery timelines

 

If your location is not serviceable yet, don’t worry - we are actively expanding and may reach your area soon.


🛑 Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped.
  • Refunds will be processed within 4-7 working days of cancellation.
  • Transaction fees (if applicable) will be deducted.
  • Orders already shipped or in transit cannot be cancelled.


🔄 Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy


Return Window: Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a

return or replacement request for eligible products.


Eligibility for Return/Replacement

A request can be initiated within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The wrong item was received.
  • The item was damaged during transit.
  • The item is defective or not functioning as described.


Evidence Required:

  • Raise a return/replacement request on the app/web.
  • Provide clear photographs and issue details.
  • Unboxing video required for damaged/missing items.


Not Eligible for Return/Replacement:

  • Minor variations in color, size, or design due to manufacturing.
  • Damage caused after delivery (misuse, poor maintenance).
  • Clearance sale or similar discounted items.


Return Shipping Costs:

  • Defective or Wrong items: If you receive a damage or incorrect product, Annachy will handle the return shpping at no cost to the customer
  • Charges of Mind: For all other returns, the customer is resonsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fees: Annachy do not charge any restocking fees for returned items


Refund Process

  • Returned products will undergo a Quality Check (QC).
  • Refund is approved if:
  • Product is in original condition (unused, unwashed).
  • Original tags & labels are intact.
  • Original packaging is included.


Important Notes:

  • Failed QC will result in refund rejection.
  • No in-store exchanges are available.


Refund Timeline

  • Processing Time: Refund initiated within 2 business days after QC approval.
  • Credit Time: Refund reflects in 4-7 business days, depending on bank/payment provider.
  • False Claims: No refunds for frivolous or false claims.
  • Support: Contact customer care before filing a chargeback.


Replacement/Exchange Policy

  • Dispatch: Replacement sent within 2 business days of QC approval.
  • Delivery: Replacement delivered within 3-5 business days.
  • Delays: If replacement cannot be sent in time, refund will be issued within 2 working days.
