📦 Shipping Policy


  • Accurate Address
  • Customers must provide a correct, complete shipping address with the correct pin code during account creation to avoid delays.
  • No refunds will be issued for delays caused by incorrect addresses.


  • Address Changes
  • Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed.

  • Tracking details will be available in the "My Orders" section of the app once the order is dispatched.

  • Displayed at checkout.
  • Oversized items may incur nominal packaging charges for safe delivery.

  • All prices shown are inclusive of GST.


  • Unforeseen Delays
  • The company is not liable for delays due to natural disasters, unforeseen events, or incorrect shipping details.


  • Package Condition
  • Do not accept shipments with damaged or tampered packaging.
  • Claims for such deliveries will not be entertained once accepted.


  • Delivery OTP
  • Do not share the delivery OTP before physically receiving the package.


  • Missing Items
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for claiming missing items.
  • Claims without an unboxing video will be rejected.


Estimated Delivery Timeline

  • Service Area: Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Pondicherry, Goa
  • Delivery Time: 1-7 days from the order date (location-based)


🛑 Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped.
  • Refunds will be processed within 4-7 working days of cancellation.
  • Transaction fees (if applicable) will be deducted.
  • Orders already shipped or in transit cannot be cancelled.


🔄 Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy


Eligibility for Return/Replacement

A request can be initiated within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The wrong item was received.
  • The item was damaged during transit.
  • The item is defective or not functioning as described.


Evidence Required:

  • Raise a return/replacement request on the app/web.
  • Provide clear photographs and issue details.
  • Unboxing video required for damaged/missing items.


Not Eligible for Return/Replacement:

  • Minor variations in color, size, or design due to manufacturing.
  • Damage caused after delivery (misuse, poor maintenance).
  • Clearance sale or similar discounted items.


Refund Process

  • Returned products will undergo a Quality Check (QC).
  • Refund is approved if:
  • Product is in original condition (unused, unwashed).
  • Original tags & labels are intact.
  • Original packaging is included.


Important Notes:

  • Failed QC will result in refund rejection.
  • No in-store exchanges are available.


Refund Timeline

  • Processing Time: Refund initiated within 2 business days after QC approval.
  • Credit Time: Refund reflects in 4-7 business days, depending on bank/payment provider.
  • False Claims: No refunds for frivolous or false claims.
  • Support: Contact customer care before filing a chargeback.


Replacement/Exchange Policy

  • Dispatch: Replacement sent within 2 business days of QC approval.
  • Delivery: Replacement delivered within 3-5 business days.
  • Delays: If replacement cannot be sent in time, refund will be issued within 2 working days.
